The Tradies & Quality Hotel Dickson are looking for casual Customer Service Attendants to join our team.
We're on the lookout for friendly, reliable people to join our customer service team. You'll work across a variety of areas within the Club, delivering exceptional service to our members and guests in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
We're particularly keen to hear from applicants with flexibility to work late-night shifts (up to 4:30 AM) and previous gaming experience, as we're looking to strengthen our late-night team. However, we welcome applications from anyone with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

Essential Skills
- Broad availability, including the ability to work late-night shifts (up to 4:30 AM)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Current RSA and RCG (or the ability to obtain prior to commencement)
- Well-presented with a professional attitude
Highly Desirable
- Previous gaming machine attendant experience
- Previous club, pub or hospitality experience
- Food Handling Certificate
