Join Our Team at Movement Martial Arts!
Established in 2016, Movement Martial Arts is a thriving facility which caters to a range of martial arts for kids, teens and adults. We have experienced significant growth year on year, and are now one of the largest martial arts gyms in Sydney. As such, we’re looking for a new team member to join our front of house reception team.
This role requires evening and weekend hours as outlined below.
Position: Casual/Part time front of house receptionist Hours: Flexible weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings.

Required skills and experience:

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to upholding Work Health and Safety standards
- Current working with children check
Preferred skills and experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc) or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc)
- Experience in sales
- Passion for and/or experience in martial arts or the fitness industry
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with members warmly
- Handle email and phone enquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with membership and retail sales transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Share knowledge with potential and existing members on our martial arts disciplines
- Manage opening and/or closing procedures
This role has the potential to increase hours to full-time over time.
