We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Orthopaedic Ward at Strathfield Private Hospital on a casual basis, working afternoon and night shift. In this role you will be specialising in general surgical, bariatric and colorectal surgery. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
About You
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses)

Recent acute care or surgical ward experience

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster
