About the Role
WiseMind Medical Practice is seeking a dedicated and experienced Vocationally Registered General Practitioner (VR GP) to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in Guildford, NSW.
We have an established patient base of approximately 10,000 patients, creating an excellent opportunity for a GP looking to build a consistent and sustainable patient load. Our patients require a broad range of general practice services, including ongoing and continued care, chronic disease management, preventative health, mental health care, workers compensation consultations, medication reviews and general family medicine.
We are open to full-time or part-time arrangements and are happy to discuss flexible working days and hours with the successful applicant.
Key Responsibilities
The successful GP will provide comprehensive, patient-centred primary healthcare, including general consultations, chronic disease management, preventative health and screening, mental health care, care plans, workers compensation consultations, medication management and referrals to allied health and specialist services.
You will have the opportunity to establish ongoing relationships with an existing patient base while working collaboratively with our nursing, administration and allied health teams.
Skills & Experience Required
We are seeking a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner with current AHPRA registration and Fellowship with the RACGP (FRACGP), ACRRM (FACRRM), or an equivalent recognised specialist qualification. The successful applicant should be eligible to obtain an appropriate Medicare Provider Number for the practice location and demonstrate strong clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, together with a commitment to patient-centred care, continuity of care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
