At Kids Cave Early Education Rutherford, we provide a safe, welcoming, and adaptive environment for all children and families. Our modern, purpose-built early learning centre caters to 66 children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, offering high-quality child-led education and care.
We are now expanding our team and seeking passionate individuals to join us in one of the following roles:
✨ Trainee Educator (working toward Cert III)
✨ Certificate III Educator
✨ Diploma Qualified Educator
About the Role
As an educator at Kids Cave, you will be an active, engaged, and positive member of our team. Your role includes:
- Building warm, trusting and responsive relationships with children
- Partnering respectfully with families to support their child’s learning
- Following all Kids Cave policies, procedures, and National Regulations
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
- Working collaboratively with a supportive, experienced team
What We’re Looking For
Depending on the position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Educator
- Over 18 years old
- Current NSW WWCC
- Driver’s licence (preferred)
- Australian working rights
- Two professional references
