Available Position Line Cook (Back of House)
We need precise, fast-moving team players who can execute recipes to perfection under pressure.
- The Role: Operating the line, following strict franchise recipes, and ensuring every bag of seafood is seasoned to perfection.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 3–6 months experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
- System-Driven: Ability to strictly follow established SOPs and recipes (Consistency is key!).
- Stamina: Comfortable working in a high-volume, high-heat environment.
- Basic knife skills and a strong understanding of food safety/hygiene
Who You Are
- Legally eligible to work in Australia (Visa holders are welcome).
- Available to work weekends and public holidays (Our busiest and most fun times!).
- A "can-do" attitude—you see a mess, you clean it; you see a guest waiting, you help them.
