Bolton Clarke is Australia's largest independent not-for-profit aged care provider, supporting more than 130,000 customers through our Home & Community Support services nationally. As we continue to evolve in a changing aged care landscape, we're seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive performance, identify growth opportunities and strengthen financial sustainability across the business.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Home & Community Support, you'll partner closely with operational, finance and workforce leaders to deliver commercial outcomes that support both organisational performance and exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll be responsible for
- Leading the commercial strategy across our national Home & Community Support division
- Driving improvements in revenue, margin, funding conversion and package utilisation
- Developing pricing strategies, commercial models and business cases to support key decisions
- Identifying revenue growth opportunities including fee-for-service and emerging market opportunities
- Leading workforce productivity, rostering optimisation and performance improvement initiatives
- Partnering with Finance and Operations to deliver meaningful commercial insights and sustainable results
- Building and leading a high-performing commercial team while influencing stakeholders across the organisation
About you
- You'll bring a proven track record of leading commercial performance in a large, complex service-based environment and be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders to achieve meaningful business outcomes.
- You'll likely have experience in:
- Commercial leadership, strategy, finance, business performance or operational improvement
- Pricing strategy and governance
- Commercial modelling and business case development
- Workforce productivity and operational performance initiatives
- Executive stakeholder management and influencing outcomes across large organisations
- Leading high-performing teams through change and growth
- Aged care, health, community services or similarly complex sectors highly regarded
