About this role
At NCI, our clients are at the centre of everything we do. Based in our North Sydney office, this is an excellent and rare opportunity for a Client Service Manager (CSM) to take over an existing portfolio of clients to ensure that they are serviced to the highest possible standard. Key to your success will be the ability to retain and renew our existing clients' policies whilst identifying potential cross selling opportunities.
As part of our Sydney team, your daily activities will include:
- Conducting face-to-face client visits.
- Assisting with client queries regarding NCI's products and services.
- Conducting demonstrations of relevant NCI's products as needed.
- Acting as an intermediary between NCI 's client and insurance providers.
Assessing the needs of clients, understanding their risks, and promoting suitable insurance policies to meet those requirements.

You will be provided with exceptional training to ensure your success. In addition, a car allowance or vehicle will be provided to enable client visits.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Demonstrate prior experience in a face-to-face client service/customer retention role.
- Demonstrate an ability to develop rapport and relationships.
- Demonstrate experience in a professional, business to business environment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of insurance and/or trade credit (highly desirable).
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires regular touch points with your clients.
- Be able to pick up new concepts and explain them with ease to clients.
- Be a confident communicator and be comfortable working collaboratively within a team.
