About the Role
We’re growing our Individual Apartment Living team and have casual, part-time and full-time positions available across Kogarah, Rockdale, and Woolooware.
In this role, you’ll provide flexible, drop-in and scheduled support to clients who live independently. From personal care and meal preparation to assisting with access in their apartments, you’ll help people live life on their terms—always respecting their privacy and choice.
No two days are the same! You’ll need to be confident, adaptable, and ready to respond to both planned and unexpected needs.
What Success Looks Like:
✔ 6+ months experience in disability support or aged care (high-intensity support experience is a bonus!)
✔ Strong manual handling skills and confidence
✔ Ability to connect and empower clients to live independently
✔ Clear communication—both written and verbal
✔ Quick thinking and great at juggling competing priorities
✔ Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other online tools
✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team
About the Shifts
Flexibility is key! You’ll need to be available for a range of days and times, including shorter shifts on a regular basis.

- Current NSW Driver’s Licence
- Police clearance, pre-employment medical, First Aid Certificate
- Proof of full Australian work rights
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Ability to use a smartphone
