Casual Cleaner – Residential & Commercial Cleaning
Location: Eastern Suburbs & Bayside Melbourne
Pay Rate: $32.31 per hour + Superannuation + Kilometre Allowance (Cleaning Services Award Level 1 Casual)

This position is ideal for someone seeking supplementary income rather than full-time employment.
Applicants must be available on Wednesdays. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
Hours of work are generally between 8:00am and 5:00pm, with some flexibility available.
The role currently consists of:
- 2–3 permanent cleaning shifts on Wednesdays
- Coverage for staff sick leave
- Coverage for annual leave and holiday periods
- Additional hours as required during busy periods
While the position currently offers only a small number of regular shifts each month, additional work opportunities will become available as the business continues to grow.

Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable and insured vehicle
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Available to work Wednesdays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Smartphone with internet access
Compliance Requirements
Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain:
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check
Duties Include
- Residential cleaning
- Commercial and office cleaning
- Detailed cleaning
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Dusting and surface cleaning
- Window and glass cleaning
- Equipment maintenance
- Following company policies and safety procedures

- Have full working rights in Australia
Previous cleaning, aged care, disability support, or experience in a relief role covering staff sick leave and holidays, hotel housekeeping or domestic cleaning experience is highly regarded but not essential.
