Role Overview
This role involves high‑volume outbound calling every day, with a strong focus on speed to respond to enquiries and proactive cold calling. We’re looking for someone who is driven, motivated, and able to recognise and act on opportunities quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls to book inspections, follow up leads, and support customer enquiries.
- Convert warm leads into confirmed inspections through confident and friendly communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records and inspection details in our CRM system.
- Work closely with our senior buyer to ensure inspections run smoothly.
Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
Ideal Background
- Former personal trainers, gym membership sales consultants, or charity fundraisers often excel in this environment — they’re used to working hard for each sale and understand high‑volume activity with lower conversion rates.
- A young, ambitious individual who is looking to build a long‑term career. While enthusiasm is key, they must also be able to operate professionally within a corporate environment.
- An interest in or understanding of cars would be an advantage.
- Strong computer confidence and the ability to pick up systems quickly would be a significant bonus.
