The role
Reporting to the Team Leader City Infrastructure Administration, you will be instrumental in supporting the City Infrastructure Department in its delivery of services to the community by:

Coordinating administrative requirements of Divisional Managers and Team Leaders

Supervising a small team of Administration Officers in their Business Partner roles

Using your expert administrative skills to support the City Infrastructure Team

Providing back up support to the Team Leader City Infrastructure Administration/Personal Assistant General Manager City Infrastructure

To implement and maintain corporate administrative systems including the preparation and coordination of Council agendas, minutes, correspondence and reporting requirements.
