First Friends is a long daycare centre based in Mindarie. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:
- Provide high-quality care, education and supervision to children.
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.
- Observe and document children’s learning and development.
- Follow centre policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or working towards a relevant qualification.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards is desirable.
- You should have completed the mandatory Geccko Child Protection training
- Previous experience in an early childhood setting is preferred

Pay: $28.81 – $34.65 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Work Location: In person
