This role sits at the heart of shaping how the business plans and evolves its workforce. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to translate strategy into practical workforce and organisation design solutions, particularly as the business leans into AI and digital transformation.

Your new role
As the Strategic Workforce Planning Senior Lead, you’ll take ownership of driving workforce strategy and organisation design across the business. You’ll combine data, insight and stakeholder influence to ensure the organisation is set up to deliver on its future priorities.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and deliver end-to-end strategic workforce plans aligned to business and transformation priorities
Lead organisation design initiatives, working directly with senior leaders to shape future structures
Translate workforce and capability data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making
Identify workforce risks and opportunities, and recommend targeted interventions across hiring, reskilling and deployment
Drive workforce transformation to optimise capability mix, structure and operating models
Embed and uplift strategic workforce planning capability across the People team and broader business
About you
We’re looking for a commercially minded workforce planning expert who is comfortable operating at a senior level. You’ll bring strong analytical capability, a consultative approach, and the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders in a complex environment.
Key requirements:
Deep experience in strategic workforce planning and organisation design
Strong background translating business strategy into workforce outcomes
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
Experience working in complex, multi-national organisations
Strong analytical and data storytelling capability
Experience leading change, transformation or capability uplift initiatives
Interest in shaping the workforce for the future
