Grill TEAM MEMBER
Key Responsibilities
- Master the Grill: Prepare, season, and grill meats, vegetables, and other menu items to exact specifications and food safety standards.
- Station Preparation: Assist with essential prep work, including slicing ingredients, marinating proteins, and ensuring the grill station is fully stocked for service.
- Execute Service: Efficiently handle high-volume orders during peak rushes while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
- Quality Control: Ensure every dish meets our high standards for taste, temperature, and appearance before it leaves the kitchen.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workstation; follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house team members to ensure orders are accurate and service runs smoothly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience as a grill cook, line cook, or in a fast-casual kitchen is a plus, but we are happy to train candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
