WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
This role supports the delivery of high-quality customer service by providing courteous and efficient interactions with patients, visitors, staff and the wider community. You will deliver essential administrative support, including patient admissions, medical records management, and coordination of communication systems, while ensuring accuracy, attention to detail and a positive patient experience.
As part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to effective administrative operations through data entry, record keeping and general office support, while participating in quality improvement activities. The role also requires a strong commitment to workplace health and safety, adherence to policies and procedures, and maintaining records in line with required standards.
