Mid Market Account Executive – Melbourne

Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Broking, managing a large portfolio of mid-market clients, ensuring high service standards
- Handle client queries and tailor solutions to meet their needs
- Prepare and review insurance proposals, quotations, and policy documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with underwriters and insurance providers to negotiate favourable terms and premiums
- Conduct regular reviews of client policies to identify opportunities for coverage enhancements or cost savings
- Stay updated on industry regulations, new products, and market trends to provide informed advice to clients
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience working as an Insurance Broker
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
- Confident, proactive approach with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
