What you'll be doing:

Take ownership of regular maintenance rounds, ensuring each site is completed to AHLG’s high standards.
Lead and support a diverse crew of team members, guiding them to deliver exceptional results.
Maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding to keep gardens looking schmick.
Basic irrigation repairs
Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges to keep them at their best.
Apply fertilisers, pesticides, and other chemicals as needed, following safety protocols and regulations.
Remove debris, such as leaves and branches, from garden areas to keep them tidy.
Monitor and report any signs of plant disease, pest infestation, or other issues affecting plant health.
Client relations
Getting involved in a-grade banter
Cooking an elite barbie with the team at the end-of-month BBQ’s

What we're after:

Certificate III in Horticulture preferred, not essential.
Solid experience in residential horticulture, including the above tasks.
A true problem solver – being able to address challenges and obstacles encountered.
A team player – the ability to work on your own or as part of a team, while making our client’s lives better.
