Main responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of mobility, strength, balance, posture, pain, and functional capacity related to a participant’s condition
- Develop individualised treatment plans tailored to the patient’s goals, age, lifestyle, and condition
- Work collaboratively with participants (and families/carers) to set NDIS‑aligned, measurable goal
- Focus on building long‑term functional capacity, not just short‑term treatment
- Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimise recovery outcomes and ensure effective rehabilitation.
Looking for someone with the following:
- AHPRA Registration (necessary)
- Second year applicants welcome - no new graduate applications will be accepted
- Must reside in Australia (No sponsorship opportunities)
- All NDIS training provided
