Position Summary
The Senior Lighting Design Coordinator will support lighting project coordination, client communication, operational planning, scheduling, and design support activities to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in interior design coordination, lighting operations, project support, showroom coordination, or client-focused design services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate lighting design projects and operational workflows
- Support project scheduling, reporting, and documentation activities
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal design teams
- Assist with lighting product coordination and project planning
- Maintain operational records, quotations, and project updates
- Support customer consultations and design coordination activities
- Monitor project timelines and operational priorities
- Assist with showroom, supplier, and client communication
- Help improve operational processes and service efficiency
- Maintain professional service standards and project coordination support
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in lighting coordination, interior design support, project coordination, retail design operations, or customer-focused design services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Creative problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Professional customer service and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and time management abilities
- Leadership or senior coordination experience is highly regarded
Pay: $92,000.00 – $122,000.00 per year
