Otherside Care Group is a passionate and supportive disability services organisation committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support. Since commencing operations in 2019, we have grown into a trusted team that combines mentoring with professional disability support, helping participants build independence, develop life skills, pursue their interests, and engage confidently within their communities.
Our approach focuses on understanding each person's individual goals and providing tailored supports that promote choice, confidence, and long-term independence. We support participants to establish routines, build meaningful relationships, explore hobbies, access their community, and develop the practical skills needed to live fulfilling lives.
Mentoring is at the heart of what we do. We provide encouragement, guidance, and consistency while prioritising each participant's safety, wellbeing, personal growth, and individual aspirations.
At Otherside Care Group, you'll be joining a supportive team that values professionalism, collaboration, initiative, and continuous learning. We believe our staff play a vital role in changing lives, and we invest in helping our team develop both personally and professionally.
