Experienced Beauty Therapist & Lash Technician (Casual)
Barbie Dream Salon is looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist / Lash & Nail Technician to join our growing team in Braybrook.
We are seeking someone who is confident in multiple beauty services and can provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high professional standards.
This is a casual position with a minimum availability of 3–4 days per week, including some Saturdays.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be experienced in one or more of the following:
1. Classic, Hybrid & Volume Lash Extensions
2. Lash Lifts & Tinting
3. Facials & Skin Treatments
4. Eyebrow Waxing, Shaping & Tinting
5. Face & Body Waxing
6. Manicures & Pedicures
7. Gel & Acrylic Nails (preferred)
8. Relaxation Massage (preferred)
9. Client Consultations & Product Recommendations
10. Maintaining a clean and professional workspace
Essential Requirements
1. Previous experience in beauty therapy and lash extensions
2. Strong customer service and communication skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Reliable, professional and well-presented
5. Passion for the beauty industry
6. Availability for at least 3–4 days per week
Desirable Skills
1. Nail services (gel, acrylic or BIAB)
2. Massage experience
3. Advanced facial treatments
4. Brow lamination
5. Retail sales experience
