McLean Care is seeking a professional and client-focused Administration Assistant | Receptionist to join our team at Yallambee, our 60-bed residential aged care home in Millmerran, Queensland.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Your part in the McLean Care team
As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and staff, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the home.
Your responsibilities will include:

Reception, switchboard and front-of-house duties
-
General administration and clerical support
-
Supporting staff with office processes and procedures
-
Filing and document management
-
Petty cash receipting and reconciliation
-
Collecting and distributing mail
-
Ordering office supplies
-
Maintaining accurate records and office systems

Previous front-of-house, reception or customer service experience
