1 × SENIOR HEAD HUNTER MANAGER
We are looking for one Senior Head Hunter Manager to lead our new recruitment division.
You’ll be responsible for: Leading and developing the Head Hunter team
- Setting recruitment strategies and targets
- Driving team performance and conversions
- Training and developing Head Hunter Specialists
- Building recruitment systems and pipelines
- Personally head hunting high-value TikTok LIVE talent
- Reporting on recruitment performance and growth
4 × HEAD HUNTER SPECIALISTS
We’re looking for four Head Hunter Specialists whose sole focus is finding and signing new TikTok LIVE creators.
Your mission:
FIND → CONTACT → PITCH → CONVERT → SIGN
You’ll be responsible for: Scouting potential TikTok LIVE creators
- Approaching and pitching creators
- Converting prospects into signed ProMark creators
- Achieving weekly & monthly recruitment targets
- Managing your recruitment pipeline
No creator management. No coaching. No ongoing creator support.
