We thrive on collaboration and diversity and value the fresh perspectives you will bring to the table.
We're looking for a confident and proactive professional who combines strong technical capability with excellent problem-solving skills. To be successful in this role, you will have:
7+ years experience delivering commercial property, infrastructure or building services projects.
Proven experience managing end-to-end CAPEX projects within a landlord, client-side, consultancy or contractor environment.
Strong technical understanding of building services and lifecycle asset replacement projects (e.g. HVAC, electrical, BMS, lifts, or similar).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing stakeholder priorities.
Strong commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and contract management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience incorporating sustainability, ESG and risk management considerations into project delivery.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will play a key part in delivering capital works and lifecycle projects across Cromwell's portfolio. You will be responsible for managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently and effectively, in line with budget, and quality expectations.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will apply strong project management principles to oversee the successful delivery of technical lifecycle projects and drive positive commercial outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing asset performance, supporting long-term investment objectives and delivering value for our investors and tenants.
