About the role
As a Cook or Chef, you will play an integral role in delivering consistently high-quality food while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, presentation and kitchen operations.
You will:

Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard.

Work with premium steaks, fresh seafood and seasonal produce.

Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with legislative requirements.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.

Assist with stock control, stock rotation and minimising waste.

Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture.
About You
We’re looking for someone with previous experience as a Cook or Chef who has a genuine passion for creating quality food. You’ll be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

Previous experience working as a Cook or Chef in a commercial kitchen.

The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.

A strong focus on food safety, cleanliness and presentation.

The ability to work effectively within a team.

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Flexibility to work lunch and dinner shifts as required.

Availability to work a variety of shifts across seven days, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
