We are partnering with a well-established Australian apparel business to recruit a Sales & Production Coordinator to join their growing team.
Acting as a key link between customers, suppliers and internal teams, you'll play an important role in ensuring orders are managed efficiently, production timelines are met and customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
- Support key customer accounts with order management and day-to-day communication.
- Process orders, maintain customer records and track order progress.
- Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules, product information and order updates.
- Assist with sales reporting, forecasting and administrative support.
Production Coordination
- Manage production timelines from order confirmation through to delivery.
- Liaise with offshore suppliers and factories to ensure critical path deadlines are met.
- Track purchase orders, samples, approvals and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with internal product, production and logistics teams.
- Monitor production status and proactively resolve delays or issues.
About You
- Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator, Production Coordinator, Customer Service or Supply Chain role within apparel, textiles or consumer products.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
