You crave a career that pushes you, where you'll meet challenges head on and you're guaranteed to grow.
Your innovative mindset is key to creating solutions to complex problems. Our systems drive our organisational success and underpin every journey our customers take. This is your opportunity to be part of an expert team who build and refine seamless technology experiences.
In this role, you'll:
Support the development, maintenance, and deployment of application models, working closely with development teams to manage environments, releases, and tools such as Guardien and CSE. You’ll also collaborate with external vendors and contribute to improving processes and systems that support efficient delivery.
Provide day-to-day technical support, resolve model management issues, manage system updates and migrations, and prepare release builds and deployment files. You’ll maintain development and test environments, enhance scripts, validate documentation, and ensure consistency across systems to enable smooth and reliable releases.
Contribute to strategic activities including system upgrades, model exports, and automation improvements, while partnering with vendors to resolve issues and support integrations. You’ll also participate in project planning, test new environments, and support special projects to ensure systems remain scalable, stable, and aligned with business needs.

About you
You bring solid hands-on experience with Unix systems, and you’re comfortable navigating and managing environments day to day. You’re confident troubleshooting technical issues like compiler or linker errors, and you know your way around tools like Guardien and CSE. You enjoy supporting developers and helping them solve problems quickly, and any experience you have with scripting (Unix shell, Perl, or Windows batch) or Windows Server will set you up well.
You’ll work closely with a range of people across the business. You’ll build strong working relationships with developers, tech leads, release teams, and project stakeholders, while also liaising with external vendors. Your ability to communicate clearly and keep things moving will help ensure smooth delivery and quick resolution of issues.
You use your problem-solving mindset to tackle challenges and keep systems running smoothly. You’re someone who can work independently but also collaborate with others when needed, especially in a fast-paced environment. You’re always looking for ways to improve how things are done, share knowledge with others, and you’re comfortable stepping in for occasional after-hours releases or support when required.
