Eastern Suburbs | Australian Owned & Operated Tool Company
We are an Australian-owned and operated tool company based in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our team in a newly created Supply Chain Operations role.
This position may suit a range of applicants looking to start or change their career, as well as someone with previous warehouse, supply chain or customer service experience. Full training and support will be provided to the right person.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to develop practical skills, and is keen to build a career in supply chain and warehouse operations.
About the Role
Working alongside our experienced team, you will receive training and support across a range of supply chain and warehouse activities, including:
- Picking, packing and dispatching daily customer orders
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Receiving and processing incoming goods
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of our warehouse
- Assisting customers with their product and order requirements
- Learning how to repair, service and maintain our range of tools
- Using our inventory management system
- Assisting with general warehouse and supply chain duties
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic
- Enjoys a variation of tasks
- Keen to learn new skills and develop within the business
- Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills
- Physically capable, as the role involves some heavy lifting
- A good communicator who takes pride in providing excellent customer service
- Interested in developing a long-term career with an Australian-owned business
Previous warehouse or supply chain experience is an advantage, but not essential. Full training will be provided, including training on our inventory management software.
Training & Development
A current forklift licence is required for the role. If you don't currently hold one, we can assist the right candidate with obtaining their forklift licence.
Salary
Salary will be negotiated based on the successful applicant’s skills, experience and suitability for the role.

Pay: $60,124.93 – $90,000.00 per year
