Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, breads, rice dishes, and desserts.
- Plan menus and develop new recipes
- Manage food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and order ingredients when required.
- Minimize food waste and control costs.
Skills and QualificationsExperience cooking Indian cuisine.
- Knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and regional dishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Understanding of food safety regulations.
