An exciting opportunity is now available for a Bar Supervisor at the Karratha International Hotel. This role combines hands-on bartending with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high service standards, and fostering a positive team culture. The Bar Supervisor will also assist with training, stock control, compliance with licensing and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
· Deliver high-quality customer service and create a positive guest experience.
· Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the venue.
· Preparing and mixing a range of sophisticated drinks
· Oversee daily bar setup, service, and closing procedures.
· Monitor cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area.
· Assist with stock ordering, stock rotation, and inventory control.
· Ensure accurate cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
· Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and venue policies.
· Maintain workplace health and safety standards.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Previous experience as a F&B Supervisor
- Have a passion for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Work well with a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary between $71,550 and $80, 000 per annum plus superannuation.
