About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated Part Time Sales Administration Coordinator to join our Petrol & Convenience Sales Team, based in either Melbourne (Scoresby) or Sydney (Lidcombe).
Reporting to the National Account Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting our National Petrol & Convenience business across sales administration, reporting, customer support, and financial administration activities.

No two days are the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business while building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the Petrol & Convenience Sales Team.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, field team reports, and customer communications.
- Maintain customer databases, buying group member lists, and promotional information.
- Support monthly promotional planning and customer program administration.
- Coordinate rebate processing, customer invoicing, and payment administration.
- Assist with customer enquiries and stakeholder communication.
- Support conferences, meetings, and team events as required.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and broader sales support activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Previous experience in administration, sales support, or coordination; FMCG experience highly regarded
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Be confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
