CAFÉ ALL-ROUNDER | SILVERWATER
We're a busy, family-owned café in Silverwater looking for a reliable, friendly Café All-Rounder to join our small team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in great customer service, and can be counted on to show up ready to work every shift.
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 2:00pm
These are set shifts. Applicants must be available to work all scheduled hours.
Pay: $26 - $35 per hour + super (based on skills and experience)
Start Date: Immediate start available
What You'll Be Doing
- Making quality coffee and other beverages
- Taking customer orders and processing payments via Square POS
- Preparing light food such as sandwiches and wraps
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintaining a clean, organised café environment
- Washing dishes and assisting with general café duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, responsible and punctual
- Friendly, confident and customer-focused
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Available to work all rostered shifts (Monday to Thursday, 7:00am - 2:00pm)
- Able to reliably get to Silverwater for early morning starts
- Holds valid Australian working rights
Essential Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a barista and/or front of house hospitality role
- Able to work independently on a coffee machine and consistently produce quality coffee
Highly Regarded
- Food handling or food preparation experience
- Own transport
