We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Male Disability Support Worker.
This role involves supporting a male participant with complex support needs and requires someone confident, proactive, and experienced in managing behaviours of concern.
About the Role:
- Location: Bonnie Brook
- Shifts Available: 7 days per week
- Shift Length: 10–12-hour shifts
- No overnight or active night shifts required
Essential Requirements:
- Experience supporting participants with behaviours of concern
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build positive and professional relationships
Desirable:
- An interest or background in car mechanics or automotive activities, as this aligns with the participant's interests and can help foster meaningful engagement and community participation.
Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
