What You’ll Do
Drive Sales & Patient Enrolment
- Conduct in-depth consultations and match tailored treatment programs to patient needs
- Confidently guide patients through the enrolment process
- Proactively generate new business through follow-ups and outreach
- Achieve sales targets and promote relevant products and services
Deliver Exceptional Patient Care
- Build strong, lasting relationships with patients
- Provide ongoing support, monitor progress, and address concerns
- Coordinate check-ups and facilitate doctor consultations
- Manage patient accounts, encourage feedback and review, and ensure satisfaction
- Handle enquiries and manage patient transfers with professionalism
Maintain Administration & Compliance Excellence
- Process payments and reconcile daily transactions
- Maintain accurate patient records using CRM and clinic systems
- Ensure all documentation, prescriptions, and records meet compliance requirements
Support Clinic Operations
- Manage reception, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic administration
- Oversee stock levels and order processing
- Resolve issues efficiently while adhering to company policies
Collaborate & Uphold Professional Standards
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and ethical conduct
- Work collaboratively with team members and medical professionals
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth clinic operations

About You
- Strong sales and customer service experience. at least 2 years' experience in sales / customer service essential
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working toward targets and KPIs
- Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused and a passion for helping people and improving their lives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Systems.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
