You’re agile, keen and open to meaningful work and opportunities that come your way.
You're passionate about public service and ready to lead a team of professionals, share your expertise and guide decision-making to help shape the future of our State.
In this role, you'll:
This is a senior leadership opportunity within the PMO & Enablement (PMO&E) function, responsible for driving portfolio delivery excellence and consistent delivery practices across a broad portfolio of initiatives.
You will provide delivery leadership across programs and projects, ensuring initiatives are effectively planned, coordinated, governed, and delivered in alignment with organisational priorities, delivery standards, and governance frameworks. The role plays a critical part in ensuring delivery is structured, transparent, and aligned to enterprise outcomes across a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
You will work closely with program and project managers, providing oversight and coordination to ensure initiatives are appropriately planned, dependencies are actively managed, and risks are identified and mitigated early. You will partner with enabling functions including project controls, architecture, security, and change management, ensuring integrated planning, execution, and monitoring across the portfolio.
The role requires strong coordination of cross-program dependencies and sequencing, ensuring alignment across multiple delivery streams while minimising conflicts and enabling efficient delivery outcomes. You will also provide ongoing visibility of delivery performance, including risks, issues, and dependencies, supporting senior leadership in prioritisation and decision-making.
You will drive the continuous improvement of delivery practices, methodologies, and tools, uplifting delivery capability, predictability, and performance across the organisation.
As a senior leader, you will build and lead multi-disciplinary teams (direct and indirect), fostering collaboration, accountability, and consistency in delivery practices. You will play a key role in creating a high-performing delivery environment, supporting capability uplift and mentoring delivery teams across the portfolio.
The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, requiring strong judgement, leadership, and the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining delivery outcomes and governance integrity.

You bring a strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies, supported by relevant certifications and experience working with enterprise PPM tools and governance frameworks.
