HR Recruitment – Healthcare | Camberwell

We are looking for someone who can find great people fast – and knows how to use AI to do it better.
Based in our Camberwell office, you will take ownership of recruiting support workers and nurses for a busy, community-based service. This role suits someone who understands urgency, makes decisions quickly, and follows through.
What you’ll be doing
- Recruiting support workers and nurses end-to-end
- Building strong pipelines – not starting from scratch each time
- Working closely with our team to meet real-time staffing needs
- Improving how we recruit, not just maintaining it
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process including processing of job advertisements, telephone pre-screening of applicants, and conducting reference checks
- Responsible for providing a seamless employee experience of on-boarding processes including employment contract preparation and profile set up on our staff portal
- Maintain compliance related data including police checks, first aid training and visas for new and existing staff
- Support the implementation of an electronic HRIS
- General office duties in support of the HR team

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
