What you’ll do
-
Partner with stakeholders across Primary Connect DC, Store Delivery, Transport and PC+ operations to understand end-to-end business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions

Lead process and requirements mapping, driving standardisation of ways of working across the network

Support system improvements that strengthen capability and compliance
-
Manage projects with clear scope, timelines and risk mitigation, keeping milestones on track

Identify and map change requirements, bringing stakeholders along on the journey

Champion strong data governance and master data management practices, working closely with the Network Optimisation team on data analysis

Improve carrier notification processes and support rate alignment for incremental network work
What you’ll bring

Experience in business analysis, with a solid grounding in process mapping and process improvement

A track record of project management, with the ability to set scope, manage timelines and navigate change
-
Comfort working through change management

Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for smarter ways to standardise and streamline
-
Strong ability to turn data insights into a clear actions
-
Strong communication skills, with the ability to bring stakeholders along and build trust across a diverse network of partners

Supply chain experience is preferred

The role requires being available to visit Distribution Centres
