If you're passionate about delivering specialised renal care and thrive in a collaborative clinical environment, this could be the opportunity for you.In this role, you'll work within the haemodialysis specialty, caring for patients receiving treatment in a busy in-centre setting. The team is predominantly made up of Registered Nurses, supported by a small number of Enrolled Nurses, reflecting the complex care needs of our patient cohort. The unit operates Monday to Saturday, with both morning and afternoon shifts available.
You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes Dietitians, Social Workers, Administrative staff, Junior Medical Officers (JMOs), and Consultant Nephrologists, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, patient-centred care.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience or a strong interest in haemodialysis nursing
- The ability to operate, troubleshoot and manage dialysis equipment safely and effectively
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a specialised clinical setting
