The Sterilising Services team is seeking an Instrument Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage RMD data and use the T-DOC system for instrument tracking, provide system support and user training, and coordinate RMD repairs, replacements, and procurement activities. You will develop reports and documentation, contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives, and support inventory management. During critical staffing shortages, you will assist with the reprocessing of RMDs in accordance with relevant standards and guidelines, while utilising PICS and other business systems to support operational and procurement requirements.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, computer, and customer service skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will also hold a Certificate III in Sterilising Services and be committed to delivering high-quality outcomes in a patient-focused environment.
