**Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) – Kindergarten Program**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead our Kindergarten Program and provide high-quality learning experiences for children in our supportive childcare environment.

About the Role:
· Lead and deliver a high-quality Kindergarten Program for 3- and 4-year-old children.
· Develop engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's interests, strengths, and developmental needs.
· Plan and implement programs aligned with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
· Complete observations, assessments, documentation, and reflective practice.
· Use intentional teaching strategies to extend children's learning.
· Create an engaging learning environment that supports curiosity, creativity, and independence.
· Build strong partnerships with children, families, educators, and the wider community.
· Support children's transition to school through meaningful experiences.
· Work collaboratively with educators to mentor and strengthen teaching practices.
About You:
· Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
· Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) (or eligible to obtain registration).
· Strong knowledge of VEYLDF, the National Quality Standard (NQS), and the Child Safe Standards.
· Passionate about play-based learning and children's wellbeing.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Ability to inspire and support a team of educators.
· Commitment to continuous improvement and reflective practice.
· Current Working with Children Check and required First Aid certificates
· Current Police Check
