As Principal Project Manager - Construction, you'll play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure that supports patients, staff and communities across the region. From leading complex builds to working with diverse stakeholders, you'll help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and with lasting value.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Leading end-to-end delivery of major construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to high quality standards
Building strong relationships across teams, contractors and stakeholders to drive shared outcomes and keep projects moving forward
Anticipating risks and navigating challenges, making informed decisions that keep projects on track
Providing clear insights and guidance that support planning, performance and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Extensive experience leading complex construction or infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery
Strong leadership capability with the ability to guide and influence multidisciplinary teams
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure environments
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts and performance to achieve successful outcomes
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in health or public sector infrastructure and/or a relevant qualification in construction, engineering or a related field.
Most importantly, you're passionate about delivering impactful projects, committed to working collaboratively, and ready to contribute to a team that values compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
