We are looking for an energetic and experienced barista to join our team! We are looking for someone who is available full time and has a passion for coffee.
To succeed in this role you will have -
- Previous experience in coffee making, weighing and timing shots and latte art (can handle 7kg-8kg solo)
- Passion for the service industry and an interest in food/baking/artisan bread/pastry/coffee
- Can-do attitude is essential
- Customer service excellence and proactive approach to creating a warm and friendly community environment
- Punctuality is essential
- Can work quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Some early morning starts (5.30am)
- 34-38 hours per week Monday to Friday
- RIA award rates apply
