Wheel Repair Technician – Full Time
Wheel Repair | Wheel Preparation | Spray Painting | Powder Coating
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Wheel Repair Technician to join our busy wheel repair and refinishing workshop.
This is a hands-on role involving the preparation, repair and refinishing of alloy wheels.
Experience is an advantage, but not essential. We are happy to train the right person who has a good work ethic, takes pride in their work and wants to develop a skilled trade.
The Role
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Sanding and preparing alloy wheels for painting
- Masking wheels ready for refinishing
- Cleaning and preparing wheels before and after repair
- Repairing minor wheel damage
- Straightening flat spots and buckled wheels
- Preparing wheels for spray painting and powder coating
- Assisting with wheel refinishing and repair processes
- General workshop duties
- Cleaning and maintaining a safe, organised workshop
- Looking after tools and equipment
- Quality checking completed work

Who We're Looking For
You don't necessarily need to come from the wheel industry.
Experience in automotive spray painting, paint preparation, panel beating, powder coating, metal finishing or a similar hands-on role would be highly regarded.
