The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities/Operations Assistant to join our Brisbane Operations team on a full-time basis until December 2026.
This position will support two office relocations, providing assistance to the operations teams across multiple sites supporting facilities, front of house and mailroom functions. It is a hands-on, physical position requiring manual handling tasks and working across multiple locations. You will assist with two office moves, including setting up the new offices, as well as supporting the decommissioning of the previous sites. You will also be meeting contractors on site, accepting deliveries and arranging inductions and access as required.
This is a busy yet rewarding role, ideal for someone who is proactive and able to work autonomously to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
