Saizeriya Australia is seeking a dedicated QA/QC Officer to join our growing Quality Assurance team. Working closely with our QA Coordinator and QA Manager, this is a unique opportunity to receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals while making a real impact on our food safety and quality initiatives.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
As you grow into an integral member of the Quality team, you will receive comprehensive training across a wide range of activities, including:
- Systems Management: Mastering Food Safety, HACCP, and Quality Assurance systems.
- Testing & Verification: Conducting product testing, verification, and laboratory/microbiological testing.
- Auditing & Compliance: Participating in internal auditing and ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
- Investigations & Improvements: Leading quality investigations, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement activities.
- Administration: Managing document control and meticulous record-keeping.
About You:
We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to grow. You should possess:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills for working independently and collaboratively.
- A passion for learning and developing new skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Highly Regarded (But Not Essential): Previous experience in laboratory work, food safety, or QA is a big plus! We highly value exposure to:
- Quality Assurance or Quality Control
- Food Manufacturing
- HACCP or food safety systems
- Internal auditing
- Laboratory or microbiological testing
- Regulatory compliance
