We are seeking a Coordinator to support our growing operations and help maintain the high standards we’re known for.
About the Role
As a Coordinator you will play a central role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. You will work closely with operational teams, supervisors and airline partners to ensure service delivery remains safe, timely, and compliant with aviation requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating staff allocation to meet operational needs and aircraft schedules.

Ensuring operational effectiveness by overseeing workflow and supporting teams during highpressure periods.

Making strategic decisions in response to aircraft delays or changing operational requirements.

Conducting quality audits to ensure cleaning, turnaround, and service standards are consistently met.

Monitoring employee performance and supporting team members to meet CSA’s service expectations.

Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and airlinespecific protocols.

Communicating effectively with airline representatives, ground handling partners and internal teams to maintain service excellence—consistent with CSA’s partnershipdriven approach.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in aviation, logistics, cleaning services or fastpaced operational environments.

Strong organisational and coordination skills.

Ability to make quick operational decisions while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with teams and airline partners.

A proactive, handson mindset and the ability to work under pressure.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts across a 24/7 airport environment.
