About You
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
- Registration with AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA
- Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting as Ass. Area Manager or Team Leader.

- Your primary role is to be a mentor, trainer, and “upskiller” – making our teams’ professional growth and on-the-job training your passion
- You excel at delivering constructive criticism & feedback, completing monthly strategic reviews and file audits with each consultant
- Your clinical and technical knowledge is strong so that we can deliver a high standard of service delivery and execution
- You can balance clinical and commercial goals well – quality is always our focus, we just need to make sure we are doing the work & reporting to support that quality goal
- Building and nurturing relationships comes naturally to you – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients
