About the role
As part of the Continuous Improvement team, the Process Analyst works independently with the business to analyse and improve processes, technology, and ways of working. The role focuses on identifying inefficiencies and waste, designing improved future-state processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders, IT, and project teams to deliver measurable gains in productivity, cost, quality, and client service, ultimately driving sustainable improvements in business performance.
What you’ll do?
- Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Investigate root causes and recommend practical solutions across people, process, data, and technology
- Map and document current and future-state processes and operating models
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen/Lean methodologies
- Redesign processes to improve efficiency, cost, quality, and client outcomes
- Develop clear documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and business requirements
- Support business cases, governance, and process ownership frameworks
- Assist with testing, UAT, and implementation of process and system changes
- Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and communicate insights effectively
- Plan and manage workload, contributing to delivery, risk escalation, and governance standards
What will you bring?
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Training or certification in continuous improvement or project methodologies (e.g. Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Agile), or willingness to obtain
- Formal project management certification (desirable)
- Lean or Six Sigma certification (e.g. Yellow/Green Belt) (desirable)
