WEEKEND RECEPTIONIST/ALL ROUNDER
We are looking for a reliable, friendly and capable Weekend Receptionist to take responsibility for our holiday park while the managers are off duty.
This role includes reception duties during the day and staying onsite overnight in our staff quarters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Checking guests in and providing friendly customer service
- Taking bookings and managing reservations through RMS booking software
- Answering phone calls and guest enquiries
- Resolving guest concerns and handling issues confidently
- Cleaning amenities and shared guest areas
- Stripping rooms when required
- Completing a quiet-time check at approximately 9pm to ensure guests are settled
- Keeping the park phone overnight and responding to any after-hours issues
Overnight call-outs are uncommon. Any overnight work required will be limited to a maximum of two hours. A paid overnight allowance will apply.
You will be responsible for the park in the managers’ absence, although offsite assistance is always available as needed.
The position is primarily for weekends, with additional shifts potentially available from time to time to cover leave or days off.
Additional weekly housekeeping work may also be available if interested, but not a requirement.
We have a wonderful, supportive team, and finding someone who fits well within that team is very important to us. The successful applicant must be comfortable working independently and taking responsibility when required, while also being able to work as part of the wider park team. This is a front facing role so must have a personality that is adaptable to guests and coworkers.

Previous reception, accommodation, tourism will be highly regarded. Training will be provided. Award rate applies + penalty rates + superannuation
